CAN I EXTEND MY TREATMENT?

You are always welcome to request a treatment extension during your service or an add on if you change your mind. If our therapists have the time to accommodate your request, it will be honoured.
how can i ensure its a Professional & Safe Experience?

We provide professional massage table and equipment, clean linens for every client, strict professional boundaries and code of conduct. Every therapist has gone though a thorough evaluation in order to provide you with the best service for relaxation and comfort. Every RMT is 2200 hours certified, that way you can claim your treatment though your insurance. Entity Massage YYC maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.
DO YOU PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING?

At this moment, we do not provide direct billing. However all of the RMTs are 2200 hours certified, making your treatments eligible for insurance claim on your behalf.

Mobile massage is a professional massage service that takes place in the comfort of your home. Your therapist brings the massage table, linens, oils, and everything needed so you can relax without having to travel.

What should I prepare before my massage?

Before your appointment, it helps to have:
• A quiet space large enough for a massage table
• Enough room for the therapist to move around the table
• Comfortable temperature in the room

What should I wear during the massage?

Most clients undress to their comfort level. You will always be professionally draped with sheets and only the area being treated will be exposed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
